Application for Accreditation as A Training Provider

Organisations intending to provide this service shall complete an Application for Accreditation as a Training Provider-(Form F01) and forward it to Opportunity Training for approval. (Refer to flowchart "Process for Accreditation as a Training Provider")

The application must include:

  • Details for communications
  • Details of the training coordinator
  • Details of technical ability of the personnel and relevant equipment available for training.
  • Details of the management systems that shall be applied to ensure the training requirements are covered.
  • Details of plans to facilitate "off job" training components.
  • In the case of a private training establishment, details of accreditation by NZQA as a training provider is also required.

The moderation committee shall evaluate applications and may arrange for a representative to visit the applicant to confirm facilities and systems.
